Show Home Interior Design

Design Seven is a show home interior design company based at Wick, between Bristol and Bath, working with housebuilders and developers across the UK. We design and deliver show homes for new build developments, from first concept through to the day the doors open. Every scheme is built around the development and the buyer it needs to reach.

We handle the whole programme. Space planning, design direction, furniture, lighting, finishes and final dressing, specified with restraint and sourced through trusted UK suppliers. Whether it's a full show home, a buyer package or styling advice, you deal directly with the designer leading it, from first brief to handover.

Interior Design

We build complete interior schemes from first concept to final specification. Every scheme is detailed, documented and presented in full, so the design is clear and signed off before anything is ordered.

  • Cohesive schemes developed room by room, shaped around the development and the buyer it needs to reach.

  • Full specification covering joinery, lighting, cabinetry, kitchens, bathrooms and audio-visual.

  • We work alongside your site teams and specialists to keep the design intent intact through to install.

Developer Fit-Outs

A complete fit-out service for developers, from show homes and show apartments to sales and marketing suites. We handle specification, supply and installation as one programme, and deliver presentation-ready on time.

  • Everything from hard specification and interior concepts through to FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment).

  • Practical, market-ready schemes delivered within your timelines and budget.

  • Sales and marketing suites designed to present the development clearly and give the sales team a space that works.

Project Management

Over 30 years of combined experience across show homes and residential interiors. Our model is director-led, so you work directly with the designer running your scheme, from concept through to launch.

  • Measurement, procurement, logistics and installation, coordinated as one programme with checks at every stage.

  • Sourcing, delivery and the final dressing that pulls the whole scheme together.

  • Schemes that photograph cleanly, read clearly in person, and hold up well past launch day.

How We Work

  • Every project starts with the building and the brief rather than a mood board. We resolve the space plan, circulation and sight lines first, because a room that is arranged badly cannot be rescued by what goes into it. Colour, material and finishes are then set as one language across the house.

  • Materials are chosen for how they will look after a year of use, not for how they look on the day they arrive. We are there on install rather than sending a schedule and hoping.

  • Two things are worth getting to us early: the floor plans and the electrical drawings. Show home lighting is specified twice, once for a buyer walking through and once for the camera, and both are easier to influence before first fix than after it.

  • The same on every scheme. The home should read clearly the moment you walk in, photograph cleanly, and feel believable in person.
